Site Management

Benchmark Surveys offer Site Management/Supervision services to groundworks and other smaller contractors to help keep a tighter control on costs. This is normally negotiated with a full-time engineer on a flat hourly rate on one or more sites for the same contractor.

Our site management/supervision services include:

• Site supervision of operatives
• Maintenance of Quality Assurance Systems
• Plant and Materials take-offs and requisitions
• Technical Queries/liasing with Client/Main Contractor/Design Team

Our Site Managers/Supervisors are CSCS card holders and CITB Site Manager Safety Certificate trained.
